各国の追加旅行条件


この旅行契約については、サービスが運行される当該国の法令によります。従って、日本の旅行業法に基づく約款の適用はありません。本旅行規約は各当該国が定める旅行規約に準じます。本マイバスヨーロッパ共通の旅行条件と各お申込みの国の旅行条件を必ずご確認の上お申し込みください。

料金
1）通貨
・ 現地通貨建ての料金となります。EUR=欧州ユーロ　GBP＝英国ポンド

2）お子様料金
・ 各サービス詳細の料金適用年齢をご確認ください。特に記載のない限り、参加日を基準に満2歳以上12歳未満の方に子供料金が適用となります。
・ 2歳未満のお子さまは無料でご参加いただけますが、お座席、お食事、宿泊ホテルのベットの用意はございません。なお、ご予約時にお子さまご参加のお申し出がない場合は、当日のご参加をお断りすることがあります。
・ サービスによっては、大人・子供料金が共通のもの、参加対象年齢があるものがございます。各サービス詳細をご確認ください。

3）料金に含まれるもの
・ 各サービスの詳細をご覧ください。
・ 各サービス詳細に明記された項目への税金、サービス料。


4）料金に含まれないもの
・ 各サービス詳細に明記されていない飲食代、その他の個人的諸費用。
・ 集合場所以前、及び解散場所以降の交通費。


日本語ガイド・アシスタントについて
・ MyBus Europeが行うツアー中の日本語サービスは下記の3種類となります。
   - 日本語公認ガイド…その国の国家資格ライセンスを所持した者が観光案内を行うことを指します。
   - 日本語観光ガイド…国家資格ライセンスの所持に関わらず観光案内を行う者、また、ライセンス規定のない国において観光案内を行う者を指します。イギリスではこのサービスを行う者を「日本語観光アテンダント」と呼びます。
   - 日本語アシスタント又は日本語係員…観光案内ではなく、道案内などを目的としてお客様に同行する者を指します。
・担当ガイド、担当アシスタントの年齢や性別のご指定は出来かねますのでご了承ください。
・プライベートツアーにて、レストラン・飲食店などでガイド ・アシスタントとの同席をご希望の場合は、ガイド・アシスタントの飲食代はお客様のご負担にてお願いします。


取消条件(キャンセル料)
・ ご予約成立後に、お客様のご都合にて参加をお取消しされる場合は、キャンセル料を申し受けます。また、予約成立後の日にち変更、他のツアー又はプランへの変更もこのキャンセル料がかかります。
・ お取消し・変更のご希望は「予約の管理｣画面よりお問合せください。


キャンセル料
各ツアー詳細ページに取消条件がある場合は、その取消条件が適用となります。記載がない場合は、以下の取消条件が適用となります。
   - 通常ツアー:　ご参加出発日の4日前以降…100%
   - プライベートツアー:　ご参加出発日の14～8日前まで…50%、ご参加出発日の7日前以降…100%
   - お食事券、劇場チケット、入場券手配、列車手配:　ご予約成立後…100％
   - 宿泊ツアー、列車利用ツアー:　各ツアー詳細ページにある取消条件をご確認ください。


お客様へのお願い（ご参加の条件）
1）下記の場合は、ご予約、ご参加及び継続をお断りすることがございます。
・ お子様のみでのご参加の場合。
・ 所定の集合場所に出発時間までに集合されなかった場合。
・ 当サービスは完全予約制となっております。事前のご予約なく集合場所にお越しになった場合やご予約人数より多いご参加の場合、当日のご参加をお断りすることがございます。
なお、無料にてご参加いただける小さなお子様も同様に、ご予約時にお申し出がない場合は、当日のご参加をお断りすることがあります。
・ ご参加中に当該国の法令もしくは公序良俗に反する行為があった場合。
・ 他の参加者に迷惑を及ぼした場合、又は団体行動の円滑な実施を妨げる恐れがあると主催会社が判断した場合。

2）未成年の方及びお子様のご参加について
・ 大人料金にてご参加の未成年者でも、当該国の法に基づき未成年のみのご参加ができない場合もあります。詳しくは各国の定める旅行条件をご確認ください。
・ 子供適用年齢、又はそれ以下の年齢のお子様は、保護者1名（又は保護者に準じた大人１名）の同伴にてご参加ください。お子様のみのご参加はご遠慮ください。
・ 子供料金適用年齢以下の小さなお子様もご参加をいただけます。ただし一部の宿泊サービスや、チケット商品・クーポン商品などについては別途各委託販売会社に確認が必要となりますのでご予約時にお問い合わせください。

3）健康状態が心配な方、障がいのある方へ
・ 車椅子でのご参加は、原則として同伴者のご同行をお願いしています。
・ 古い歴史的建造物などバリアフリーの設備が整っていない場所では、車椅子や杖をご利用のお客様は通常の見学行程を取れない場合が多く、訪問箇所や説明の割愛をする場合がございますのでご了承下さい。また、お客様に合わせた観光をお楽しみいただくために、プライベートツアーをお勧めすることがあります。
・ 健康状態が心配な方や障がいのある方はお問い合わせ下さい。

4)その他お願いとご注意
・ 身分証明書の携行が義務付けられている国もありますので、ご旅行中は身分証明書の携行をおすすめいたします。 ツアーご参加中に官憲から身分証明書の提示を求められ不携行にて拘束となった場合は、やむをえずツアーご参加の継続をお断りすることがございます。
・ また、ツアーご参加中に身分証明書のお預かりはできませんので、盗難などには十分にご注意の上、お客様ご自身で管理を行ってください。携行義務についての詳しい情報は外務省ホームページにてご確認いただけます。
・ 特に記載の無い場合、食事内容はお選び頂けません。また相席となりますのでお席もお選び頂けません。アレルギーなど特殊なケースに関してはお申し込み時にお申し出ください。



免責事項
1）サービスの中止、観光内容の変更、払い戻し
・ 所定の集合場所に出発時間までに集合されずサービスにご参加いただけない場合、払い戻しはいたしません。
・ お客様が当該コース中に含まれるサービスを放棄される場合は払い戻しはいたしません。
・ テロ行為、天災、地変、不慮の災害、政変、戦乱、ストライキ、悪天候などによるスケジュール変更、その他の不可抗力の事由によりツアー順序や観光箇所・解散場所の変更を余儀なくされることがあります。サービス自体の実施・継続が不可能となった場合はサービスを中止することがあります。その場合はサービス料の払い戻しはいたしません。 ・ 美術館、城、記念建造物等の観光箇所閉館や、祭り等による大幅な交通規制等、現地事情によりツアー順序や観光箇所・解散場所の変更を余儀なくされることがあります。又それに伴いサービス自体の実施・継続が不可能となった場合はサービスを中止することがあります。その場合はサービス料の払い戻しはいたしません。
・ 美術館・博物館の展示品や建築物は、修復・メンテナンス及び国内外への作品貸出しのため、事前案内やイメージ写真とは異なることがありますが、それに関する払い戻しはいたしません。
・ お客様のご都合により、ツアーに含まれる観光施設への入場や食事等を放棄された場合、サービス料の払い戻しはいたしません。
・ ご参加の条件を満たさないことにより主催会社がサービスの継続をお断りした場合、払い戻しはいたしません。
・ 当日のレストラン、飲食業者の事情によりサービスに含まれている食事内容の一部やメニュー内容が変更になることがあります。その場合はサービス料の払い戻しはいたしません。
・ 最少催行人員に満たない場合は、催行中止となります。その場合は主催会社又は運行事業社よりご連絡し、サービス料の払い戻しをいたします。


2）お荷物
・ お客様の荷物の損害、損失、盗難、忘れ物には、当社は責任を負いかねます。各自の身の回りの荷物には十分ご注意ください。
・ 車の中に置き忘れられた私物についても責任を負わず返還は保証いたしかねます。
・ お忘れ物の捜索については、捜索の結果に関わらず、捜索手数料が発生します。お忘れ物の配送をご希望される際は、別途配送料をご負担いただきます。但し、忘れ物の内容によっては配送をお受けできないものもありますので予めご了承ください。（例:リチウム電池の取り出しが不可能な携帯電話やデジタルカメラ　など）

ツアーは下記のヨーロッパ内現地法人が運行いたします。下記以外の法人が運行する場合は各ツアー詳細ページに明記があります。

プライバシーポリシー
・ お客様の情報は、 JTB Europe Ltd. (以下、「当社」)が提供するサービスの手配、管理のための必要な範囲においてのみ取得し利用をいたします。
・ 取得したお客様の情報は、正確かつ安全に保護し、管理及び監視をすることを努め、個人情報データへのアクセスは、権限が与えられた従業員・役員のみに限定しております。
・ 当社がお客様に提供するサービス手配のために契約がある委託先に必要な範囲の情報を開示することがあります。その場合でも、お客様の情報の保護のため委託先への監督・監視に努めます。
・ 当社は、GDPR(EU一般データ保護規則)にて、制定された義務に従って、個人情報データのすべての処理の履歴を記録し、 法令を遵守するために監督当局と協力し情報を開示することがあります。
・ お客様は、当社が保持するお客様の個人情報について、以下の権利を有します。
   - お客様のご請求により、個人情報を閲覧したり、削除する権利があります。なお、法的義務の遵守、公共利益のための業務を遂行するために、やむをえず速やかに削除できない場合がございます。
   - お客様のご請求に基づき、不完全又は不正確な内容を訂正いたします。その場合、お客様が当社にご提供いただく新しい情報の正確性を検証する必要がある場合もございます。
   - お客様の個人情報が違法に処理された場合、当社が法令義務を遵守するために個人情報を削除する場合があります。
・ 当社にて処理をされた個人情報データの偶発的または不法な破壊、紛失、変更、不正な開示、それにつながる違反がある場合は、当社はそれを特定し速やかに改善することを努めます。
・ 当社は、当社に適用される法令で許容される範囲内で(通常は10年間)、お客様の個人情報を保存いたします。

・ 当社ウェブサイトご利用のプライバシーポリシーについては、ウェブサイトご利用に関するプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
・ 本ポリシーは、Kuoni Travel Investments Ltd、及びその関連会社JTB Europe Group、JTB Groupの定めるプライバシーポリシーとプライバシー通知に準じます。

下記の旅行条件は、上記ヨーロッパ各国共通旅行条件と合わせてご確認ください。

お客様へのお願い（ご参加の条件）
未成年の方及びお子様のご参加について
・ 17歳以下のお客様は大人又はご両親等、保護者の同伴が必要となります。
・ バスを利用するツアーはシートベルトの着用が出来ない為、2歳未満のお子様のご参加はお断りしております。

その他お願いとご注意
・シートベルト着用は義務付けられていますので、ツアーバスご乗車の際、必ずシートベルトをご着用下さい。
・バス走行中の車内での立席や歩行は危険ですのでお避けください。
・車内での飲食はノンアルコールのお飲み物以外は原則、お断りしております。
・ 身分証明書の携行が義務付けられておりますので、ご旅行中は身分証明書をご携行下さい。

その他
・ 明記以外の旅行条件に関してはフランスの旅行会社が従うフランスの一般旅行条件に準ずるものとします。 なお事故発生の場合は、旅行会社及び各取引業者が加入している保険が適用されますが、保証はフランス国の法律に基づいた内容になります。


イタリア
下記の旅行条件は、上記ヨーロッパ各国共通旅行条件と合わせてご確認ください。

お客様へのお願い（ご参加の条件）
未成年の方及びお子様のご参加について
・ 大人料金にてご参加の18歳未満の方は、原則として成人の方又は保護者の同伴が必要となります。18歳未満のみのご参加の場合は、保護者からの同意書をご提出頂きます。

その他お願いとご注意
ツアーバス、専用車
・ 車内での飲食はご遠慮ください。
・ 大型ツアーバス及び専用車にチャイルドシートの設置は義務付けられておりませんので、通常のシートベルトをご着用下さい。小さなお子様はお客様の責任の下にご乗車頂きます。

ご参加時の服装、持ち物
・ ツアーバスを利用する行程はベビーカーのお預かりが可能です。但し、一部の美術館など入場箇所によってはベビーカーをお持ち込みいただけません。
・ 美術館、記念碑などでは長い傘及びリュックなどの大きなお荷物のお持込みができません。、また三脚の使用・持込もできません。持込ができない荷物をお持ちの場合は、入口の荷物預かり所に個別でお預け下さい。ツアー終了後、ご自身で荷物預かり所にてお荷物をお引取り下さい。
・ 寺院、教会、修道院内の見学は、ノースリーブ、ショートパンツなどの服装はご遠慮ください。 列車利用ツアー
・ 列車の時間は、時刻表の改正などにより変更になる場合がございます。その場合はご予約時にご案内いたします。
・ 列車チケットの発券後、日付、時間、人数の変更はできません。また、払い戻しもできません。
・ 列車の遅延、運行中止によるチケット代の返金は、お客様ご自身にて列車会社にお申し立てください。弊社での対応は致しかねます。
・ 列車の移動は、往復ともに日本語アシスタントはおりませんので、お客様ご自身にてご乗車ください。列車の乗り遅れ、乗り間違いのないようご注意ください。
・ 万が一列車が遅延した場合でもツアーは定刻に出発するため、お客様ご自身で合流して頂きます。

プライベートツアー
・ ベネチアを除き、市内のご宿泊ホテルロビーでの集合となります。郊外にお泊りの方は予めご相談下さい。
・ 徒歩ツアーは、明記されていない場合、原則として歩いての移動となります。公共交通機関やタクシーをご利用の場合は、ガイドやアシスタントの分も含めてお客様のご負担となります。


その他
・ 明記以外の旅行条件に関してはイタリアの旅行会社が従うイタリアの一般旅行条件に準ずるものとします。なお事故発生の場合は、旅行会社及び各取引業者が加入している保険が適用されますが、保証はイタリア共和国の法律に基づいた内容になります。


イギリス
下記の旅行条件は、上記ヨーロッパ各国共通旅行条件と合わせてご確認ください。

料金…料金に含まれるもの
・ 特別な明記が無い限りガイド・アシスタント・ドライバーへのチップは含まれております。
・ ツアーに含まれる食事・飲み物のサービス料(チップ)


お客様へのお願い（ご参加の条件）
未成年の方及びお子様のご参加について
・ 12歳以上18歳未満の方で、保護者又は保護者に準じた大人1名の同伴がない場合は、お申込みの際に弊社指定の「未成年ご参加同意書」に保護者の方の署名をお願いしておりますので、お申込み時にお問合せください。
・ 下記の条件を全て満たした場合のみ、12歳以上18歳未満の方だけでご参加を頂けます。
   ・「未成年ご参加同意書」に保護者の方の署名をいただき提出された場合。
   ・1日又は半日の日帰りロンドン発着ツアー
   ・行き先が、ロンドン市内又はロンドン郊外のツアー
   ・ツアーの全行程にて、日本語ガイド/アシスタントが同行をするツアー
なお、ツアーに同行する日本語ガイド・アシスタントは、全てのご参加者が安全かつ円滑に観光を楽しむためにツアーに同行をいたします。特定のお客様だけの個別のケアーや個別のご案内は行っておりません。


健康状態が心配な方、障害のある方へ
・ 車椅子や歩行器、杖などをご利用の場合、ドライバーやガイド、アシスタント等のツアーに同行する係員は車両への乗り降りのお手伝いはできませんので予めご了承ください。


その他お願いとご注意
・ ガイド・アシスタント、ドライバーへのチップは、義務ではありませんが、イギリスの風習として心づけを渡す習慣があります。

ツアーバス及び専用車のご利用にあたって
・ 車内へのスーツケース等大きなお荷物やベビーカーの持込みについてはお申込み時にご確認ください。
・ 車内でのチャイルドシートのご利用は義務付けられておりません。ご利用をご希望の方はご自身で持ち込んでいただくことになります。その場合には2歳未満でも1席ご利用となるためお子様料金を適用させていただきます。
・ 車内は、禁煙となります。
・ ツアーバス車内では温かい飲み物や食べ物、匂いの強い食べ物の飲食は禁止されています。　また、専用車内での飲食はお控えください。

列車利用のツアーに関して
・ 列車運営会社の都合による当日の列車の遅延や時刻変更にて生じたツアー行程の短縮、行程内容の変更に関しては弊社は責任を負いかねます。
・ 列車座席の事前指定はお受けできませんので予めご了承下さい。
・ 集合時間が特に記載されている場合を除き、列車出発時間の最低15分前までに駅に到着するようお出かけください。

チケット類、バウチャー
・ ご予約の際にお渡しするバウチャー(ご予約確認書)、チケット類、チケット引換券などはご参加日当日に必ずお持ちください。
・ チケット、クーポンの種類によっては、事前のお渡しが必要な場合がございます。その場合はお申込み時にご案内いたします。
・ チケット類を紛失された場合、再発行はできませんのでご注意ください。

プライベートツアー
・ ツアー代金に含まれないタクシーを利用した場合の代金はお客様にご負担いただきます。同様に、ツアー代金に含まれない列車やゾーン2を越える区域の地下鉄を利用した場合、ガイドまたはアシスタントの分もお客様にご負担いただきます。

免責事項
弊社の責任
・ お客様または第三者の不注意による怪我、盗難などの事故があっても弊社および同行のガイド/アシスタントは責任を負いません。
・ ツアー中に交通事故等が発生した場合、その責任は過失責任のある運輸会社、宿泊施設、または第三者に帰属することになります。日本の旅行業法及び旅行約款その他の法令は適用されません。

その他
・ 明記以外の旅行条件に関しては英国の旅行代理店が従う一般旅行条件に準ずるものとします。


スペイン・ポルトガル
下記の旅行条件は、上記ヨーロッパ各国共通旅行条件と合わせてご確認ください。

・ フラメンコショーのタブラオ・レストラン・ホテルでのチップ、ホテルでの宿泊税

お客様へのお願い（ご参加の条件）
未成年の方及びお子様のご参加について
・ 17歳以下のお客様は、保護者1名以上（又は保護者に準じた大人１名以上）の同伴が必要になります。
・ 身長135センチ以下のお子様がご参加の場合は、車種によりチャイルドシートの準備が必要な場合がございます。チャイルドシートの準備のため、お申込み時にお申し付けください。チャイルドシートが不要な車種の場合は、お客様の責任のもとにご乗車ください。
・ ベビーカーのお持込は、折りたたみのできるコンパクトなものに限らせていただきます。ツアーでの訪問箇所、入場箇所によってはベビーカーがご利用いただけないため、ご利用をご遠慮いただく場合がございます。

その他お願いとご注意
集合場所及び車内
・ ツアーご参加時のお荷物は、ご自身での管理をお願いします。ツアーバス車内、タクシーのトランクなどでお荷物をお預かりすることはできません。　また同様に集合場所でのお荷物の預かりはいたしかねます。
・ ツアー利用のバス内での飲食･喫煙はお控えください。また集合場所への食物のお持ち込みもお控えください。
・ ツアーバス、タクシーなどに関しましてはシートベルト着用は義務付けられていますので、走行中はシートベルトの着用をお願いします。

ガイド・アシスタント、ドライバー
・ 学会、商業ﾍﾞｰｽ、医療関連など、観光以外の特殊な通訳ガイドはお受けいたしかねます。
・ プライベートツアーについて、当日のサービス時間延長はできかねますのでご了承ください。ご希望の場合は、ご予約時に必ずお申し付けください。
・ ガイド・アシスタント、ドライバーへのチップは、義務ではありませんが、スペイン・ポルトガルの風習として心づけを渡す習慣があります。

列車・長距離バス、乗車券、お食事券
・ 列車・長距離バスを利用するツアーは、ダイヤ改正に伴い行程内に明記の時刻より変更になる場合がございます。その場合は、ご予約時にご案内いたします。
・ 各種クーポン類や乗車券の紛失時は再発行はできませんのでくれぐれもご注意ください。
・ ミールクーポンやフラメンコショーのクーポンにはチップは含まれていません。お客様ご自身で現地でご用意ください。

免責事項
・ JTB Vijaes Spain S.A.社はスペイン国及びポルトガル共和国の法律に基づき旅行の契約やツアーの催行を行います。事故発生時に責任は基本的に過失責任のある運送会社、宿泊施設、レストラン、または第三者に帰属され、スペインの法律及びポルトガル共和国が適用されます。日本の旅行業法及び旅行約款その他の法令は適用されません。

その他
・ 明記以外の旅行条件に関してはスペイン国及びポルトガル共和国の旅行代理店が従う一般旅行条件に準ずるものとします。


ドイツ
下記の旅行条件は、上記ヨーロッパ各国共通旅行条件と合わせてご確認ください。

料金…料金に含まれるもの
・ 日本語のガイドとアシスタント、及びドライバーのチップ

料金…料金に含まれないもの
・ 英語・ドイツ語のガイド及びアシスタントのチップ

お客様へのお願い（ご参加の条件）
未成年の方及びお子様のご参加について
・ 15歳未満の方のご参加の場合は、保護者1名(又は保護者に準じた大人１名)が必要となります。

その他お願いとご注意
・ ツアーご参加時のお手荷物は、バスの上部あるいは座席下収納に収まる範囲のものに限ります。大きな荷物や預け荷物のある方は、運行会社にその都度確認いたしますので申し込み時に必ずお知らせください。
・ 大型バスの場合チャイルドシートの着用は義務付けられておりませんので通常のシートベルトをご着用下さい。また小さなお子様はお客様の責任の下にご乗車頂きます。
・ ツアー車内での飲食、喫煙はご遠慮ください。

その他
・ 明記以外の旅行条件に関してはドイツの旅行会社が従うドイツの一般旅行条件に準ずるものとします。
・ JTB Germany社はドイツ連邦共和国の法律に基づき旅行の契約やツアーの催行を行います。ドイツ連邦共和国では、交通事故等ツアー中に発生したすべての事故に対して、旅行会社の責任は免責となっております。
事故が発生した場合その責任は過失責任のある運輸会社、宿泊施設、または第三者に帰属することになります。日本の旅行業法及び旅行約款その他の法令は適用されません。


オーストリア
下記の旅行条件は、上記ヨーロッパ各国共通旅行条件と合わせてご確認ください。

料金…料金に含まれるもの
・ サービスを行うガイド・アシスタント・ドライバーへのチップ
・ ツアーに含まれる飲食メニューへのチップ

お客様へのお願い（ご参加の条件）
未成年の方及びお子様のご参加について
・ 18歳未満の方のご参加には、保護者1名(又は保護者に準じた大人１名)の同伴が必要となります。
・ 12歳未満で身長150cm以下のお子様はチャイルドシートの着用が義務付けられております。チャイルドシートを事前にご準備しますので、お申込み時に必ずご連絡下さい。


その他お願いとご注意

・ 運行会社keytour共同ツアーの場合は、バス内ではお子様はお子様専用のお席に座って頂く必要がございます。ベビーカーは折りたたみ式のみお持込いただけます。

ご宿泊ホテル送迎・お迎え付きツアーについて
・ ホテル送迎は、基本的にアテネ市内に限ります。アテネ市外のホテル送迎に関しては、追加料金が発生する事がございますので、事前にお問合せください。
・ 送迎は巡回バスとなり、他言語のお客様との混載送迎となります。送迎中の英語係員がご案内いたします。
・ 朝のホテルお迎え時間は、ホテルにより異なりますので、ご予約手配完了後、最終的なお迎え時間をご案内いたします。
　 ・ アテネ市内の一部ホテルは、諸事情により送迎対象外となります。その場合は、最寄のホテルロビー（＝ご宿泊ホテルから最も近いホテル）からの出発となり、最寄のホテルは、徒歩10分以内が目安となます。
・ 当日の交通事情によりホテルお迎え時間が予定より前後する場合がございますが、ホテルロビーにてお待ちいただきますようお願いいたします。

免責事項
サービスの中止、観光内容の変更、払い戻し
・ クルーズ船ツアーについては、乗客の安全を第一に運行しております。そのため海の水位や天候など、またクルーズ会社の事由により充分な乗船人数に達しなかった場合には急遽運行が中止される場合もございます。その場合には代案日をお知らせいたします。代案日にご参加いただけない場合にはツアー代の返金いたします。なお、船出航後に荒波・天候変動の理由などにより止むを得ず、運行中断となった場合はツアー代金の返金はありません。

Travel Terms and Conditions for each of the countries


These Travel Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the countries of destination of the tour, and are not governed by Japanese Travel Agency Act. The operation of tours are based on the tour terms and conditions defined by the tour organiser of the countries of destination of the tour. We ask you to read this Travel Terms and Conditions of Mybus Europe and the Travel Terms and Conditions of each of the countries before booking.

The following terminology applies to these Travel Terms and Conditions: "You" hereinafter referred to as “Participants”, “Customer” or “Passenger”, and “The Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Ours” and “Us”, refers to "JTB Europe Ltd" or each of MyBus Offices.

Prices
1) Currency
・All prices are in the currency indicated on each of the pages of the Website. EUR=Euro, GBP=British Pound Sterling

2) Child Rate
・See the applicable rate as per the age in the product description. Unless otherwise indicated, the child rate is applied to children from 2 years to 11 years old of age as of the date of the service.
・The children under 2 years of age can participate free-of-charge (with an accompanying adult), however, are not provided with seats, snacks, drinks, meals or beds. Unless you informs us of the participation of children at the time of the booking, we may not accept it on the day of the service.
・Depending on the product, the same price applies for adults and children, and there may be the minimum age set for participation. See the product description.

3) Inclusions in the price

・Any local taxes or fees if indicated in the product description.

4) Exclusions in the price
・Items of a personal nature - These may include snacks, meals, and drinks not outlined as an inclusion in the inclusions section of the product description.
・Transportation fees before the meeting point and after the end location of the product.


Japanese Speaking Guide / Assistant
・MyBus Europe provides the following 3 kinds of Japanese speaking services:
   - Officially authorized Japanese speaking guide: A qualified guide by the country who conducts a sightseeing guidance.
   - Japanese speaking tourist guide: A sightseeing guide with or without the necessary qualification, or a sightseeing guide in the country where there's no sightseeing guidance policy. This kind of guide is called "Japanese tourist attendant" in the UK.
   - Japanese speaking assistant or Japanese speaking staff: An assistant or staff who does not conduct a sightseeing guidance but accompanies the client to shows the way to the desired destination of the client, etc.
・We are unable to assign a guide or assistant according to your preferred age or gender. ・In case of the Private tour, if the guide or assistant is requested to accompany and sit with you at the restaurant , the cost for the guide or assistant at the restaurant shall be borne by you.


Cancellation Policy
・If you decide to cancel, change your booked service after the confirmation, the cancellation charge will be applied. 
・If you wish to cancel or change your booking, contact us from your Manage Booking page.

Cancellation Charge
The cancellation policy indicated in each of the tour description will be applied. Unless otherwise expressed, the cancellation policy below will be applied:
   -Regular Tours 4 days prior to the date of the service: 100%
   -Private Tours 14-8 days before the date of the service: 50%, 7 days prior to the date of the service: 100%
   -Restaurant Pre-Booking ("Meal Coupon), Theater Ticket, Train Ticket After the confirmation of the booking: 100%
   -Tours that include accommodation or train See the cancellation policy in the tour description.


Conditions to Participate
1) We may not accept or may refuse the following booking, participants or tour continuation:
・Children participating without any adult
・Participants arriving late in the pre-notified meeting point
・Our service is by advace booking only. We may not accept the customer showing up at the meeting point of the service on the day of the service without advance booking or the customer trying to add more participants than the originally booked number of participants Unless you inform us of the participation of children that can participate free-of-charge at the time of the booking, we may not accept it on the day of the service.
・Participants if they violate the laws of the country where the participating service is provided or if their actions or behaviour is contrary to public order or morality
・Participants if their actions or behaviour is offensive or disruptive to other participants, or if their actions or behaviours are thought to be disturbing that accect the proper and smooth operation of the service

2) Minors or children
・Based on the laws of the country concerned, even minors participants at an adult rate may not be able to participate the service. For details, see the travel terms and conditions by each country.
・Children applied with child rate or children under the age of the applicable child rate must be accompanied by an adult (a parent or a guardian). We cannot accept children participating without any adult..
・Small children under the applicable age of the child rate can also participate. Please inform us at the time of booking as we require to check with each of our sales consignment companies if the service contents such as accommodation service, tickets, vouchers are suitable for such small children to participate.

3) Persons with speacial health care needs or with disabilities
・In principle, we ask a disabled person in a wheelchair to participate with an accompanying person.
・Many of the historical landmarks or facilities are not wheelchair accessible or not accessible to persons with walking difficulties. In such case, changes to a regular visit schedule may occur and visiting places or guidance may be left out. We may advise to book a private tour in order for such participants to enjoy the sightseeing at their own pace.
・Please contact us if you have special health care needs or disabilities.

4) Other important notes
・In some countries you're required to carry your ID card or passport with you all times, and it is recommended to always carry an ID card or passport. 　　If you are asked to present your ID card or passport during the tour and you are restrained due to non-carriage, you may not be allowed to continue your tour. 　　We are unable to keep your ID card or possport while your participation in the tour, so please be careful about theft and keep it safe yourself. Detailed information on duties to carry an ID card or passport can be found on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
・Unless otherwise indicated, you cannot choose the meal menu items or a seat. A table will be shared amoung the participants. Kindly inform us of special dietary requirements or allergy at the time of booking.


Disclaimers
1) Cancellation, change of the itinerary, refund
・No refund will be given for the services due to the failure to show up or arrive late at the time indicated at the meeting point.
・Once the tour has started, no refund will be given for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided
・The tour service order, visiting places, finishing point are subject to change due to natural disaster, bad weather, terror attack, unexpected trouble, strike, a coup d’état, conflicts and wars, or any force majeure. No refund will be given for tour cancellation due to such circumstances beyond our control.
・The tour service order, visiting places, finishing point are subject to change due to unexpected closing days of museum, castle, memorial monuments or other tourist attractions, or strict trafic restrictions due to festivals/events. or strict trafic restrictions due to festivals/events. No refund will be given for tour cancellation due to such circumstances beyond our control.
・The exhibited works at the museum or landmarks may be unavailable to be seen or differ from the given information or photos while rented to other facilities, or due to repair or maintenance works. No refund will be given for such cases.
・No refund will be given for unused services if you decide not to participate a part of the tour for your convenience.
・The service operator may decide to cancel or not to continue the service if you don’t meet all the requirements to participate the tour. No refund will be given in such case. 
・The pre-proposed menu or meals within the service may be subject to change due to the availability cause by unforseen circumstances of the restaurant or caterers. No refund will be given in such case. The service will not be operated when the minimum number of participants isn’t reached. In such case, the service operator or organiser, and refund will be given.

2) Baggage
・We are not liable for the individual items that have been damaged, lost, stolen or left behind. Please keep an eye on your personal belongings all the time.
・We are not liable for the loss of the individual items that have been forgotten in vehicles, and weare unable to guarantee the return of such items.
・There' will be the cost for the search for the items of the client that have been left behind, regardless of the result of the search.
If you wish your found item to be shipped and delivered, additional charges will apply. Please note that certain items cannot be shipped. (Ex: mobile phones and digital cameras that lithium batteries cannot be removed.)

・In principle, the participants under 18 years of age at an adult rate must be accompanied by an adult. If such participant under 18 years of age participates unaccompanied by an adult, a letter of consent from a parent or a guardian must be submitted.

Other Important Notes
Tour bus, Private Car
・No eating or drinking on vehicles.
・It is your responsibility to take small children on board. Large buses are not mandatory to come equipped with a special child safety seat. Use regular seat belts for small children. What to wear and bring
・Strollers can be stored during the tour bus journey. However, strollers may not be brought in depending on some museums.
・Large umbrellas and backpacks cannot be brought in at museums and monuments. Also, tripods cannot be used or brought in.
・If you have a baggage that you cannot bring in, please leave it yourself at the luggage storage at the entrance. Please collect your baggage after the tour.
・Wearing clothes such as sleeveless and shorts when visiting temples, churches and abbeys is not allowed. Tours that include a train journey
・Train times may change due to revisions of a timetable. In that case, we will inform you at the time of booking.
・The date, time, and number of people cannot be changed after the train ticket has been issued. Also, refunds cannot be given.
・You wish to claim a refund for the ticket due to the delay or suspension of your train service, please contact the train operator yourself. Mybus Italy cannot assist you in this matter.
・As there's no Japanese speaking assistant travelling with you during the train journey, please travel on your own ride. Please be careful not to miss or take the wrong train.
・Even the train is delayed the tour will start on time. In such case, you will have to join the tour from the midway by yourself after you've arrived.

Private tours

Minors or Children
・Minors between the ages of 12-17 that participate unaccompanied must have a completed designated "letter of consent" form by a parent or a guardian. Inform us at the time of the booking.
・Minors between the ages of 12-17 can participate alone without an adult if they meet the following conditions:
   -The completed "letter of consent" form signed by a parent or a guardian has been submitted.
   -Participating a full-day or a half day tour departing and arriving in London
   -Participating a sightseeing tour in London or a tour in London suburbs
   -Participating a tour that a Japanese speaking guide or assistant accompanies all the way throughout the itinerary.
A Japanese speaking guide or assistant accompanies a tour to support all participants of the tour to enjoy fully, and also for a smooth running of the tour. They are not assigned to take care of any specific participants individually.

Persons with speacial health care needs or with disabilities
・If a participant is in a wheelchair or with walking difficulties, please note that a driver, guide, assistant or any staff of the tour cannot assist such participant to board or alight the vehicle.

Other important notes
・Tipping a guide, assistant or driver is not mandatory, however, it can be appropriate to do so as a British etiquette.

Use of a tour bus or private car
・ When bringing large items such as suitcases or oversized luggage, or a stroller, please check at the time of booking.
・ It is not mandatory to come equipped with a special child safety seat. If you wish to use a child seat, bring your own. In such case, the child rate will be applied to the child even aged under 2 years old as one seat will be taken for a child seat.
・ No smoking on board
・ You are not allowed to eat any warm or strong smelling food, or drink hot drinks on a tour bus. Also, eating and drinking in a private car is not allowed.

Tours that include a train journey
・If the tour itinerary is shortened due to the delay, cancellation, modification of the train caused by the operator of the train, we are not liable for the changes in the itinerary.
・Please note that a seat in the train cannot be pre-assigned.
・Please arrive at the station at least 15 minutes before the departure time of the train, unless the meeting time is specified on the description of the tour.

Tickets, Vouchers
・On the day of the service, bring your voucher (confirmation of your booking), any tickets or an exchange ticket that you issue at the time of the booking
・Tickets or coupons may need to be given to you beforehand depending on its type. In such case, we inform you at the time of the booking.
・If you lost any ticket, voucher or coupon,it cannot be reissued.

Private tour
・ The cost for a taxi, train, tube (underground) from zone 2, a guide or assistant which is not outlined as an inclusion in the price of the product shall be borne by the customer.

・Total of 1 suitcase is allowed to bring per person. Your luggage will be stored in the office of the operating company of the tour. Please take your valuables with you as we or the tour operating company are no liable for the loss or theft of your check-in items.
・No eating or drinking on board. Smoking on board is banned by law.
・Using seat belt is advised when on the tour bus. Vehicles are not obliged to provide child seats, and is your responsibility to take small children on board.
・If the tour is jointly operated by Key Tours and MyBus Greece, children must use a child seat on the bus. Briging a stroller on board is limited to a foldable and compact type.
・Access to the archaeological sites with stroller is not permitted.

Transportation to and from hotels, tours that include pick-up service
・Hotel transfers are available to the hotels within the city. The additional fees may be charged for the hotels located outside of the city. Please enquire in advance if your hotel is not within the city.
・Transfers are a loop bus and shared with other passengers of other nationalities than Japanese. The English speaking staff will be attending you during the service.
・The pick up times at hotels in the morning differ depending on hotels. We will confirm the pick up time once your booking has been arranged.
・Some hotels in Athens are not eligible for a pick-up service. In such case, the departure will be from the lobby of the nearest hotel (the hotel closest to your hotel), and the nearest hotel should within 10 minutes on foot.
・The pick- up time at the hotel may vary due to the traffic conditions on the day. Please stay at the hotel lobby.
